Considering my designer manifesto, combined with Emotional Design and Design for Delight principles, I decided to incorporate these elements into my portfolio design.
Apply gradient colors
Many common things in nature are in gradient color
➝ As a designer, I love nature and want to create works related to nature
➝ Use gradient color to design the portfolio
Inspire or accommodate emotions
Add a welcome message and an “About” page to allow viewers to feel more involved when visiting the portfolio.
